Who were they/what did they cover?
I (and most of my friends) found it quite easy. They had a lot of really easy questions with a few harder ones sprinkled in there. Yeah agree that there was nothing really GLM/lab specific, I was expecting some questions about the fetal circulation but there weren't any
are the room allocations for the pubh test up somewhere? I can't seem to find them
It was this guy who works for the biochem department, he basically just tells us how statistician is a cool job and how they will use R in their job etc. personally, I don't think it is examinable.
They sent us an email about it !
It must have been Mik Black on bioinformatics - combining statistics, biological science (biology) and programming. I wouldn't worry about being examined on that.
He is a great person! Very passionate.
Regarding PUBH, do they ask any specific questions about Maori and Pacific health? Is it sufficient to know that Maori and Pacific Islanders generally have poorer health and shorter life expectancy?
