If you log in with your UAC info 6 hours after accepting your offer, you should be able to access 'student login details' under 'my admissions'. You'll need to activate your account with the info there (student no./program code/DOB). System seems to be taking much longer than usual though as mine hasn't registered yet, although it might be a bit different as I'm a past student.

Oh okay awesome I’ll try that and see if they’ve registered me yet then, thanks!

I know this might be a stupid question but do certain universities prepare you better for different types of residency programs versus others or give you an edge in the application process? I received an offer from Newcastle yesterday (so crazy happy, really did not expect that!!) but I might receive (hopefully) offers from uq and adelaide next week and I was wondering if either of those would be a better option for someone wanting to specialize either in some sort of surgery or perhaps radiology or oncology (not sure yet exactly what cause I don’t have enough experience doing either but from talking to my family doctor about what her job is like versus a couple of the specialists I’ve met I’ve decided I don’t want to be a GP but I’m open to most other residency programs). Also between NSW, QLD and South Australia which state has the best prospects in terms of residency places and career opportunities later on as well. Other than that I know what school you go to doesn’t matter in the end and I’m super happy I got an offer at all, but just in case I get the luxury of choosing between multiple I just want a sense of which place has the best opportunities and would be the best choice to live for the next 10+ years.

I was able to create a Flinders Online Account and saw that I have a Flinders Med offer. All you need is your SATAC number.
How did you create an account? The only option I see is to sign in. Could you please post the link?

Hey
The JMP email I got says to email them AFTER the 15th and then they'll allocate a date and time for the interview??? is this correct or should i email them now? (interstate, non-rural).
Also my UAC code says 'X' for JMP, but I haven't done the interview yet?
Thanks!!

I tried putting in my SATAC number + DOB, but it doesn't work? Says that it's unable to activate my account

I guess its not a conventional way of seeing if you have an offer, so I guess its better to wait for Tuesday. Also, I think this year it will be easier to get into Flinders because the IB conversion for south australia got changed.

Hey guys congrats on all your offers. I was just wondering, on my correspondence letter there is the letter "I" next to my UNSW preference. I have already sat my interview on the 3rd. Does this mean I wasn't competitive enough in regards to interview or what is it? Thanks.

Was UNSW or Griffith your number 1 preference in UAC?

UNSW was #1

Yeah, then it means you weren’t competitive for a first round UNSW offer. If you leave it where it is, you might get a second round offer. The actual codes seem to have been used a bit arbitrarily in UAC to date.

Congrats on your Griffith offer :D

ETA: to highlight, after the Dec round, I had a code saying I’d not met academic requirements for JMP. Then yesterday I got a JMP offer...
