Considering that you're non-rural and non-GWS, with S1 + S2 = 120, this is really interesting :O
I was just thinking that too. I guess it is within the realm of possibility that UWS deemed living in port macquarie for a year was sufficient and classified that as rural.

You have to do a rural application though, seperate to the regular application (and including 2 x forms that are effectively stat decs). It's not something WSU would just randomly apply to someone.

This is very interesting...

ETA: from WSU page: "Have lived in an RSGA-RA of 2 to 5 for a minimum of 5 years consecutively or 10 cumulative years, commencing from the age of 5."

Alec Jeffrey Moses Saw your post on A1's wall.

I'm not particularly sure if any offers have gone out yet for undergrads/non-standards, but here is the list of interview invites. There have been a number of rejection emails yet to be updated.

I think you need to post a certain amount of messages in the forum before you PM, mate :).

No worries! You have a tonne of material in this forum, so definitely don't be afraid to dig through.

Thanks for directing me here :’D. Didn’t know how to pm a1
You need a certain number of meaningful posts before you can PM in order to prevent people from creating an account and then just PMing moderators and other serior members without looking around the forum first and doing some research for themselves... ;)

More data for you guys, I'm from Victoria

Atar - 99.45
Umat - 99 (73, 70, 66)

I have interviews for UNSW, Monash, JMP, WSU and (potentially) UWA and I had an interview at Adelaide

50+ in each section, 62nd%ile, 97.00, local, rural (RA-3)
59/55/62, 88th%ile, 99.75, SEAS, local, rural (RA-2),
58/55/56, 89th%ile, 99.95, interstate, rural (RA-2)
50+ in each section, 90th%ile, 99.80, interstate, rural (RA-3)
50+ in each section, 95thile, 99.35, interstate, rural (RA-2)

I think that's my score, my umat should be 79th percentile (unfortunately :p)
Fixed :D

Is there any information on what sort of ATAR is required once University of Adelaide picks you based on your UMAT?

Thanks for your reply Ruffle.
I was more interested in seeing some data such as the data seen for other universities in the post where the university offers an interview dependent on both ATAR and UMAT. It makes sense not to include the ATAR for the University of Adelaide data as they offer interviews purely based on the UMAT, but I was wondering what sort of ATARs people who got an interview and got an offer received.

Oh okay!
Aus Med and Dent Place Offers 2018 - Collated Data This might be the post you're looking for, then.
ATAR is negligible for choosing interviewees, as results are not yet available at the time of Adelaide interviews, and if your predicted ATAR is below 90 you stand practically no chance in getting a final spot anyway.
You'd still be wanting ~98+ for a final place offer, without any special considerations e.g. Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage.
Hope that helped :)
