Griffith Dent 2008/9 vs Griffith Dent 2010

Noticed that they have changed the structure of Griffith's B Oral Health Dent Sci for students commencing in 2010.

Instead of studying Psychology for the Health Sciences they are now introducing Interpersonal Skills. Is this the same for all Foundation Health Year students?
And instead of introducing clinical oral health practice and community research in Y1 S2, they seem to have created Intro to the Dental Profession and spanned it across the whole of 1st year, still 1 lecture/week.

Can anyone elaborate with some information on these changes?

Intro to the Dental Profession sounds similar to part of Dental Practice 1 we do at Melbourne Uni

To be honest, it's pretty hard to get a course any worse than 1006PSY (the one I did this year). 1008PSY - Interpersonal Skills seems to be a lot more relevant, and hopefully more interesting than 1006PSY. As for Intro to the Dental Profession, I'm not too sure what it really entails as a detailed course outline is not yet available.

It basically consists them talking to you about the different types of dental care provided by the industry.

Ex. Aboriginal and rural health, etc.
