    I am literally in the exact position you're in now. Any advice in regards to sitting the UMAT and applying as a rural applicant? Thanks!

    Since you seem to focus mainly on JMP, its UMAT requirement is relatively low - potentially 60+/50/50 (60ish percentile) would secure an interview, even lower for rural, then after that all depends on the PQA/interview. If you can get to 80-90ish percentile you have decent chances with UNSW and WSU too.
