Medical Science U Sydney or UNSW?

The ATAR for UNSW is only higher than USYD because of the higher demand (most likely due to potential lateral entry/transfer into MBBS). Take note however, that they only take the top 15 based off academic marks and the UMAT so it is HIGHLY competitive. Regardless, if you don't make the top 15, spend some time studying for the GAMSAT and then apply for postgrad med.
Also keep in mind UNSW gives bonus ATAR points, whereas USYD does not

Not true. In reality the atar cutoff for usyd would be higher as UNSW offers HSC PLUS and i personally could get 10 marks through the hsc plus scheme meaning i'd only need an 86 where as USYD requires 92 without any bonus points given.
