I'm at a turning point in my life. I can't decide whether a nursing practioner is a better job or a psychiatrist. To be a NP im looking at a salary of around 90k - 100k but a Psychiatrist earns more than that I believe.
Is anyone a Psychiatrist, i need some advice? How is the job? Is it good paying? How long does it take to become a psychiatrist? How long do I need to study (preferably in Australia, but if your in the U.S. please leave our advice aswell). I kind of think studying to become a psychiatrist is easier than a nurse practioner and you get better paid, like psychiatry seems easy.
What about a nurse practioner? Can you lead comfortable stable lives? How much is your pay and how long have you studied?
What is the difference between a psychiatrist and a physologist? They are the same thing right?
In your opinion which one would you go with>? Please help me!
