Is latent tb considered a form of primary TB?
If so would the classical features be seen gohn focus, gohn complex, ranke complex, granulomas? Or are these only seen in an active primary TB infection?

Thanks

Yes I know that. What about histological changes?
Tbh I am not sure if there are histological changes given it is "latent". If there are histological changes you would expect to see them on imaging unless it's suttle. If it is suttle then only purpose of analyzing it histologically is for research purposes.

Ok so can you have secondary tb without having primary tb, because a cause of secondary tb is reactivation of latent tb?

Yes correct not everyone with secondary tb will have the classic primary tb infection. But they still would have been exposed.
