UQ changing MBBS to MD.

So as UQ med and pre-med students proabably know, the university is phasing out their MBBS program this year and replacing with an MD one starting from next year onward. Are there any major differences between the two apart from MBBS being a Level 7 qualification (according to the AQF) and MD being level 9?

Firstly, if you used the search function, you'd find like 5 threads all asking the exact same question.
The answer to your question is: no. There are no real differences, other than one being substantially more pretentious than the other. They teach the same stuff, and neither degree is going to make you more/less employable.
