What about overseas course's GPA ? Dentistry 2014

Hi,
I'm an Egyptian Student looking to do Dentistry 2014.
I've finished 3 years B.Dentistry in Cairo out of 5 with a Total score of 83.95 % for the 3 years.
which I managed to convert to the 7 Scale GPA and the result was :
6.65 for all of the three years and 6.31 for the third one only . (Distinction)
so, I'm just wondering if :
This is a good academic history to apply with from (recognition/score) points of view ?
or I should do a semester in B.Science July 2013 to have better chances as non standard student ?

I think its a very good score to apply with. I transferred with a GPA of 5.7something, but had a pretty decent UMAT and (hopefully) interview.

You will be looking at the PQA instead of the UMAT if you are an international student. But a GPA of 6.65 is a very solid score to apply with.

thank you for your reply but it Depends on wether the Egyptian degree are comparable to Australian degrees or not ?! do you know who can advice me about that ?

To be honest, I am not sure. I dont think it would make a difference, but I am not confident about that. Best to email or call the uni to have a final answer
