A1 adds (regarding "did they change the formula?") : GWS cutoff last year was 710, with the rise in %ile marks this year it could go up a little to 715-720. Your 732 is so far the closest to the hypothetical cutoff.
All the other posted scores are way higher so we can't validate anything yet.
