A1 adds for info: It looks ridiculous that rural 98%ile and nonrural 99%ile did not meet UWA cutoff, but there is a reason underneath.
It has routinely occurred that around 15% of WA-Med graduates decline to take up intern positions in WA, they prefer to return to their home states instead. Otoh very few graduates from other states apply to come over to WA thus a shortfall. This may have caused UWA to stamp down on non-WA intake.
