Catbug reply: I was told that I was quite high up on the waiting list for WSU. I haven't heard back from them since I was told that, so I highly doubt I'll get an interview offer.

You are not alone. I also have 3190 UCAT, with 620 SJ. QLD resident, no rural, no special considerations. I also got rejected by those unis :(.

No interview offer is not the same as having received a rejection email. I am from NSW ucat 3400 and have received a rejection email from UWA for both med and dent. My friend with a higher UCAT score has not received any communication from UWA. So it is still possible that for those who are not rejected, an offer from UWA may still be on its way.
