JMP JMP: General Entry Discussion

I can’t log in... the password is DDMM, right?
Would you be able to log in if you get an offer irregardless of your UAC preferences? Like if JMP is your 2nd preference and you get your 1st preference, would you be able to log into myHub?

Technically if they receive a Unsw/WSU offer they won't have a JMP offer to reject.

But there could be declines from Qld students who prefer a home state offer. Then it depends on whether JMP has factored in these declines to make spots for JMP interstate offers. Too many unknowns to speculate.

Couldn’t reply to Totolier message so I’m replying to this one.

I emailed the JMP team after I was rejected last year regarding top ups and this is what they said

i heard (I think from a JMP student on this forum last year) that the JMP admission team over-offer places because they have a good idea of how many students typically reject the medical places. It’s consistent with what is written in the email too.
 
Ok - first of all, remember this means nothing... I have not received an email from JMP or UAC but I currently have JMP showing in my program.
i am currently already a student at University of Newcastle .
Ps sorry I used my iPhone to edit it and am too nervous about this all to bother fixing the paint.

If I remember correctly, not everyone that gets an offer can log in. This might be because you qualify for UNE or maybe they just didn’t update the website to accomodate for all the successful applicants. It could also mean you didn’t get in. Basically, you shouldn’t worry about it until the UAC email comes through.

Given what I know of you (from MSO) I think I already know the answer to this, but, are you up for a move to Armidale :D

I have 3 friends confirm they have the same, all have UNE... I don’t think it means anything as I’m a fricken strong interviewer compared to both of them. I think as it’s a single program offered across both campuses that it is just a program code

The other thing I noticed was it's just the MD listed, no BMedSci?
