how about a pharmacy one?

a doctor forgot to sign the scrip, what do you do?

Contact the doctor to get them to check the number which uniquely identifies each script relating to the patient's clinical or prescription record.

Recreate the script if possible as the Pharmaceutical Services Unit Legal and Regulatory Services Branch states that no alterations should be made to the script.

Perhaps generate an eTP.

Depending on the drug scheduling classification and whether it is needed for emergency supply, it could be administered and a signed script obtained later.
