Questions about Chemistry and Physics

Hey everyone!
I'm seeing a lot of you saying that HSFY physics is a lot like level 2 and not level 3? I didn't do level 2 physics but I picked up level 3 physics this year by studying level 2 mechanics over summer and taking an entry test, so that means I haven't done any radiation or level 2 electricity. Should I be worried about this?
Hi,

On otago website for HSFY Physics it details "it is recommended that students achieved the externally examined Achievement Standards for NCEA Level 3 Physics" so I am guessing its best to have prepared/studied Level 3 Physics externals for the best preparation.

Hi cereal,

In short, no, you shouldn't be worried about it. This is because it won't give you that much of a leverage. It may help, but it is not necessary, in my opinion. The major factor is in the quality rather than quantity of your skills and adaptability.

That would be from coming from the academics points of view and it may be backed by statistics as well, but from student's view or anecdotally, it's not something you need to stress about. If you did it, great, if you didn't that's fine. This sort of thing is not a deal breaker.
