Bond Bond Medicine: General Discussion

Asking for a friend, did anyone get a Bond Psychometric invitation and put Bond as their 5th and 6th preferences? Cos he got a 99.75 atar as a school leaver but he put Bond as his 5th and 6th preferences and he didn't receive an invitation.
Very very unlikely to get a test offer with a preference lower than 2nd.

How do you know your selection rank? I have GPA of 6.67 according to Qtac. They only gave me my GPA but not the selection rank. Thanks

Wait when did they tell us to put it as the first preference? I didn’t get anything about it and, when I attended the webinar, they said that it did not matter.

Please post questions about the psychometric test in the appropriate thread where they can be answered by someone with experience/knowledge.

Damn I didn't see that. Is there much chance of me speaking to bond/qtac to get that fixed? I'm applying undergrad with an atar of 99.6. Their website also says one may not be eligible not definitively, did putting it as 4 and 5th just screw me?
Yeah I’m in the same position. I didn’t know that it had to be no. 1 through the website. What are you thinking of doing now?

QTAC sends a specific number of invites each application period (550 invites this year). If they provide you with an invite, they will need to un-invite another student.

Un-inviting another student would not be ethical but definitely give QTAC a call, maybe they can figure out a solution for you

Unfortunately, every year we have a few people here at MSO who do not complete their applications accurately for various reasons. After deadlines, we’ve not had anyone that I can recall been able to amend their applications (this is across multiple unis). Given the sheer number of applicants, there is really no need for unis/TACs to bend rules for individuals as it becomes difficult to draw the line.

Hey everyone, just found this chat room and it’s been so helpful, but did anybody get an atar of 97+ (eg I got 97.15) and not get a test offer, because all the reports from previous years said that if you get over 97 you should get an offer. Thanks so much :)

Hey guys, once you booked your psychometric test on testgrid, does it just say pending under status?? Are we supposed to get a confirmation email or something for the time we booked in for?
