Bond Bond Medicine: General Discussion

Is anyone able to help me in regards to applying for FEE-HELP. I followed the prompts in the offer letter, activated my account on student portal but now it won't let me log in. Did everyone else activate their account or am I just doing this completely wrong 😬

Hey. I had similar issues initially. Are you using your bond student email address as your username? I was using my student number initially and the system was glitching. So maybe try using your email and see whether that works? If it doesn't work, maybe its best to just contact bond directly.

Thanks so much for responding mate. Really quick question, is the bond email just the student number @student.bond.edu.au?
 
hey guys, I had a question about the whole FEE-HELP thing, I get my citizenship in June which will be during sem one, so I won't be able to apply for FEE-HELP rn and I'm paying the initial 29k, but will I be able to apply in sem 2 because I'll have my citizenship then?

I tried calling Bond but the lady gave me a very vague answer so might have to call someone else on Monday but please lmk if any of you have any info on this. Thanks !
 
As far as I know, you should be able to apply for it after you get your citizenship.However, you may end up paying 2 sem before getting your FEE-HELP, which should be fine as there will be up to 280k beyond FEE-HELP anyway.
 
just quickly checking to make sure I haven't missed anything: do we need to attach the fee-help application proof with the response to offer form or just send the response to offer form on its own?

I dont think there is any need to attach the form. Just logon to the student portal and complete it in the estudent tab. It should be accepted as soon as you hit the button if you already have a TFN.
 
Is everyone scanning and sending through their "Response to Offer"? If so, what is the address to send? All there is on the form is a physical address, can't seem to find a fax number or email online
