Bond Bond Medicine: General Discussion

Hi everyone do we get a confirmation email once everything has been processed? I applied for fee-help and the status says that it’s been approved. I just haven’t received any emails from bond confirming anything yet😬

I think we get a confirmation email for the fee-help application in 3 working days according to estudent. Have you received your orientation package yet? Based on what someone else in the thread said earlier, you should receive those by thursday (if I'm not mistaken). Try contact bond directly if you're super stressed about it, because I know I was. They should hopefully give you a solid answer. Hope that helps! I'm sure you'll be ok though.

Yeah this is so stressful because I tried calling Bond but I couldn’t get through! I haven’t received my orientation pack yet. I also applied for fee-help on Friday afternoon. Did you receive a confirmation email?

Oh man, I defs feel you. Only thing I can say is keep trying to get in touch with them. If you've sent them your response to the offer letter and you've emailed it correctly (to [email protected]), I wouldn't stress too much. Just double check to make sure.

Also make sure you've followed all the other steps on the email that bond sent us in the offer email. You probably have, but just double check you've done everything from your side.

I've haven't received a confirmation email for fee-help either.

Guys I've been trying to contact bond as well to confirm they've received my response - no one is answering. I did receive an email with orientation stuff titled '2020 Bond Medical Program Acceptance- XXXXXXXX'. In it was:
  1. The Medical Program Orientation Program for 2020. Your compulsory orientation program commences on Wed, 06 May 2020.
  2. The Year 1 Student Guide for 2020.
  3. A sample timetable for your first semester in the Bond Medical Program.
  4. Your textbook list for your first year. Please note that there is no need to purchase the textbooks listed before you arrive at Bond University.
Does this mean they have received my offer?

Cheers

If you received an orientation package, that means they went through your acceptance letter for. ie. they have receieved your offer. Just a question though, did you access fee help and when did you email your form to them?

Hi guys,

Just received my orientation package about 10 minutes ago. I sent my form in on Sat around 1pm and did access Fee-Help (hope this helps someone :).

But, actually thank you everyone!! See you all soon :)
Thanks for letting us know!

I've sent mine in on Monday so will probably take a while :(

What do we need SA-HELP for at Bond?

SA-HELP is to cover the student services and amenities fee (SSAF) that most unis have, not sure whether Bond does. It's about $150 per semester so for some it's simpler to pay that out of pocket than to bother with SA-HELP.
