Bond Bond Medicine: Psychometric Test and Interview Overview

Speaking to the psychometric test, I know someone who did it with no tutoring and they got an offer. They scoured the internet for some questions and watched a few videos just to get a gist of what they might be faced with, but they just answered truthfully and let that carry them

Hope you’re doing well.
I just wanted to ask a quick question: does anyone have any resources for the psychometric test? (this could also be a tutor perhaps (?)) i understand that the school doesn’t want us to “prepare” for it, but I really don’t want to take any chances. I hope you understand.

Hey all! I’m a student from New Zealand and graduated in 2024 with an initial ATAR of 99.50 . however, I didn’t get a BOND psychometric testing invitation because my pre-requisites for ENGLISH (which for NCEA, is very high), were not met.
In 2025, I took a gap year and improved my ATAR score to 99.75, with my english exceeding well past the pre-requisite ‘hurdle’.
I didn’t attend any University in 2025 either.
Is it fair to expect a psychometric testing offer come February 10th, or should I be worried/wary of anything else?

hey mate, i am in the same boat, qtac assigned me a selection rank of 98.00 but said i was ineligible. are you year 12 student using atar or you did some tertiary study?
I’m year 12 using atar. I had bond as my first pref and all prerequisites met. I have a friend who goes to the same school we do basically the same subjects and I have a higher atar yet I didn’t get an jnvite

how did you find out your selection rank? my ATAR is def lower than yours and I got one
I checked my selection rank with qtac and they said it was a 99.5

oh damn, maybe try email and see if there was an error hopefully. are you grad entry?
No I’m undergrad. I swear I did everything right. I met the subject pre reqs and put it first pref

yeah mate, same boat… 98.00
selection rank with 1.5yrs full time study 6.16 gpa, nothing… bond told me they don’t put preferences to yr 12s but seems to be wrong because i got mates who got 95.05 and a psychometric test and another who got 98.00 (same as me, but year 12 leaver)…
