Has anyone taken PHSE240 for summer school? I was wondering how hard the paper is, what the internal assessments consist of, and how much time and effort is required throughout the summer for that paper?
Has anyone done 200 level STAT papers? (Particularly 251 - research designs, and 261 - probability?) Are these somewhat easy to et A+ in? Also, does anyone have info on HEAL211. Lots of support for HEAL202, but haven't heard much about HEAL211. Please, any info and advice would be much appreciated. Cheers.

I have done STAT241 and STAT242. They were really easy (but maybe that's because I'm a math major). They actually required very little work, and to be honest, MATH170 was harder than STAT241 and STAT242.
In both 200-level stats papers, all I did was I went to all the lectures and payed attention. Spent about 2-3 hours a week on assignments, still getting ~95%. And did about 20 hours worth of study before the exam (not all in one sitting!). And got A+ in both.
If you have a semi-mathematical mind, I'd suggest you do these for some easier grades.
I took STAT110, and I honestly don't remember anything I learnt from STAT110. I got A+ in that paper, but they teach STAT241/242 as if you didn't take stats in 100 level. The lecturer (John Harraway) is really good and explains things slowly (too slowly) but the lectures are really boring.
I'd say if you can get A+ in STAT115 then you can definitely get A+ in STAT241/242.
Cogswell That's very reassuring!
I was thinking of doing 5 papers in 1st semester: GENE315, ZOOL315, STAT251, STAT261, HEAL211. After your suggestions, I'm thinking of swapping either STAT251 or HEAL211 for STAT241.
But.... in the STAT115 exam, there were NO questions about regression, etc, which were the hardest for me to understand (but I didn't go to lectures, and rushed the last 10 lectures the day of the exam!). SO I don't know, haha!
