UQ needed 93rd%ile from memory, last year, so fingers crossed for slight movement on that front. Griffith will need a high 99 ATAR and JCU will depend on your written application.

Interstate, your best options are probably UWA, Curtin, and UAdel.

Best of luck!
Sorry to bother you, but with regards to my ATAR, I've heard you get a slight increase in your ATAR mark in the QTAC system if you take a language during your studies. During IB I've had to take french, will that affect my mark at all, or is that already accounted for in the conversion from ATAR to IB? Will that affect Griffith applications? Thanks in advance.

Specific Question:
Just double checking my SJ won't affect any chances?
Most unis don't use SJ so it's very unlikely to affect your chances. Monash uses it, but as a non-Victorian you're probably not going to get an interview there anyway, unfortunately.

Best of luck!

So am I good for the rest of the unis?

Hi - do you know if EAS points are helpful in getting interview invite or helpful for final selection after interview. Thank you.

Thanks in advance for doing this!

You'll get interviews at JPM and JMP, UNSW will depend how much of + there ends up being after that 99. You'll also get interstate interviews everywhere that holds them with the probably exception of Monash.

Best of luck!!

I can only comment on UCAT for interview only unis. You will have to hope for 93rd%ile being okay for JMP and UQ again this year! But your GWS status will land you a JPM interview. Update: UAdel have apparently dropped interview numbers substantially for this year, so it's highly unlikely, as an interstater, that you'll get an interview invite there, unfortunately.

Best of luck!

Monash is largely a complete unknown for interstate applicants. You'll just have to apply and hope for the best. You will get a JMP interview invite and possibly also UNSW, but probably not JPM unless it drops a smidge from last year (750 needed). Curtin should invite you to interview. Do you have subject bonuses for UQ Dent?

Good luck!
Thank you! No subject bonuses unfortunately :(

Also should I apply for Tasmania or is my atar way off the mark?

And does anyone know for JMP how they decide who ends up at Newcastle and who goes to Armidale?

Definitely apply to UTas. It's free and takes next to no time so there's nothing to lose. And interview performance alongside preferencing determines campus location for JMP.

JPM will hopefully invite you to interview given your GWS status (last year 697 was needed, though that was for a top up interview invite). UAdel dent will be borderline based on your UCAT. 87th%ile got interviews last year.

Best of luck!

1. Yes. And I'd think you'll get an interview.
2. UTas is honestly so hard to predict, but I'm gonna say yes for an offer, especially with 99.95, but even with 99.90. This 'yes' carries literally no weight though, haha!
3. Definitely if you get 99.95. No if 99.90 as I think it's been a while since below 99.95 got a Flinders offer due to generous UES boosts.
4. Yes if you'd like to go there, but you'll have to hop to it if you've not already started an application. That said, you'll get Griffith at a minimum, so if you'd choose Griffith over JCU, then maybe you can save your time on that one :D

Best of luck and great work on your results!
