You can check here for the Graduate Entry GPA for medicine.

In terms of papers, I'd suggest picking papers that you are interested in. I cannot say which papers are easy and which are not because they are constantly changing every year. In my experience, GENE222, MATS204, ANAT241, NEUR201, FINC204, PHSL, are easy. I heard EDUC252 and ZOOL were also easy. Hope this helps. All the best!
