Hi, I've opened up the MAQ survey questions that are required to be filled out for the interviews only to see that the survey has expired. The closing date for the questions on the website indicated clearly that it would close on 11 November 4pm. Could anyone please clarify this or provide any advice?

In the invite email WSU said: "The MAQ will be open at the same time as the interview booking system (as above)" which would mean closing today at 4PM AEDT. I'd recommend emailing WSU admissions ASAP to explain what happened and to see if they'll accept your response by email or if they'll extend the survey because of their mistake.

I'd bet there are quite a few other people who are in the same boat.

I am having the same issue and I have emailed them a screenshot that I took. If anyone is having this issue please email them or call them so they can open the MAQ survey up again for everyone.

YES I saw this too in the survey link. I just emailed Western about about this on their admissions email and their medicine email. Definitely would recommend you to do the same, it would make it more likely for them to consider reviewing what has happened.

Not sure about everyone else, but my survey has opened back up. It did show 'the survey has expired' when I checked this morning, but it seems to be back up after I sent the admissions team an email.

I just called them this morning and informed them of the situation. The staff was very kind and responsive to the issue and were able to get the MAQs up and running within half an hour!

I'm a bit nervous since I've booked my date but still yet to receive anything from them.

If they still run the stations like they used to then there should be 8 interview stations and 2 rest stations. I think the interview stations gave 2 minutes of reading time and then 7 or 8 minutes in the actual station.

On the email, they attached a file on how to navigate zoom excetra- i think it was the second page where it said there will be 4 stations. Hope that helps, because i only realised quite recently too

Last year WSU revealed the formula : 0.5x VR + 0.5x (DM+QR+AR)/3.

The cutoffs for interview were around 740 GWS, 780 NSW, 820 non-NSW.
