You can check this user's past posts to get this information. Which is what I did when I added them to the collated invites master post so you could alternatively just check that out.
 
I got my invite at 3:49pm. S1+S2 = 119 but yeah I'm rural.

Interesting how last year the lowest reported wsu rural interview invite was s1+s2=120 & lowest GWS was 119 (rural higher UMAT than GWS) & this year we have a rural with 113 whereas lowest GWS is 121
