1. Are interviews just as competitive for rural students as metro students? ie

A1 replies:
2. JMP interviews to places is around 4 to 1, same for non-rural.
1. For JMP in particular since selection is solely on the interview it is just as competitive.
(for other unis where selection is based on ATAR+UCAT+Interview, a student with say 99.0+95%ile would have higher chances in the rural pool since rural interviewees generally have lower ATAR+UCAT than the non-rural pool).
