If it's anything like last year then it will start at 1015. And I also think we finished at 15mins before the hour so you have time to walk back to city if needs be

You should check your EC mail, Angela sent an email about Medsci.
Btw this is the point where I feel really happy that I didn't take biomed :D and it will probably end with pophlth 101 results come out :(

I was wondering about switching to pharmacy at the end of the year if I don't get into medicine. I have to catch up on 2 courses but I don't mind that.
I am probably going to finish pharm and then apply via grad entry to medicine and if I don't get in...I have a career as a pharmacist to fall back on (which I'll definetly enjoy). Better than finishing a BHSc?

So how did everyone find exams?

On a side note, what types of questions do they ask for med/pharmacy interviews?

I'm feeling pretty mixed eh?
I'm sure I did far better in bio than I did in mid semester....
With regards to your second question...browse through the NZ med school req page. It's semi structured and somewhat based on your M3OH form. But people have had completly different experiences.

I didn't check any till the last day of the holidays...reckon it's better that way!

yeah and i'm working too so I don't want to seem upset at work. Plus I enjoy dreaming about 4 x A+ when its 1/2 an hour to finishing (even though mid terms put me completely out of that range :D)

Living in hope is nice =) totally the way to go. But yeah you guys have a very well deserved break now so enjoy it and don't worry too much about results! That's heaps easier said than done though I suppose

What's the easiest general paper in Auck uni?

Hi guys! I'm a first year Health Science student at Auck uni.
I have no idea what general paper to take in my second semester. I was thinking about taking computer science or Economy.
Could you please give me some tips?

Thank you~~~

Hey I'm first year health science also :)

You cannot take compsci 111 because some silly nutters at the health science faculty won't let us do it because we do a psyc paper!
Economics was full last time I checked.

Technically all gen ed papers are easy because they have much of the course content removed from it.
In terms of 'easy' you could take phil 101g (I think thats it) and most people say it's easy but it might clash with our timetable.
Just choose something you will enjoy (as if you enjoy your more likely to want to learn and study it) and something that doesn't take up too much time in your day. Please make sure that you take something that your allowed to because if you don't you won't recieve any credit for it and I don't think you'll be accepted into med or even get past the first round :S

PS i'm doing film and television media studies-avertising and society (I loved media in high school :D)
