Bond Bond Medicine: General Discussion

Hey there,

Does anyone know any good websites/resources for learning about current issues affecting the Australian healthcare system?

Thanks!

Did everyone get the same logic questions at the end of the 16PF? Or would that have been different for each applicant? Since everyone would've taken the test by now, we should be able to discuss it right?

I would highly recommend not cos it would be an unfair advantage to future Bond applicants and defeat the purpose of actually assessing someone’s EI/personality.

Best of luck for interview offers guys!! Im a current 2nd year and had to go through a week of anxiety before the offers came out haha so in the mean time if theres any questions you have that'll help reduce your stress or you're just looking for general info about the interviews/ process/ how the day looks like etc feel free to post them on here and I'll get back to you.

Most importantly don't stress at all, you've done your best !!

The Bond interview is honestly not too tricky at all if you have a good structure to your answers. But so many people have issues getting that structure correct. The main aspect that some people find problematic is the station with an actor. Its basically like this: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=mmi+interview+actor

I am in second year as well so feel free to post any questions you've got here and ill try to respond asap.

I think generally it's better for people to post any questions they may have publicly, so that lurkers and others (etc) are able to benefit from them too. I'm pretty sure this was mentioned somewhere else in the thread too.

i think the link he posted was fine because it doesn't specify the scenario occurring in an acting station

We generally ask people to keep questions that are not of a personal nature on the threads for the benefit of everyone. We would very much appreciate it if you kept it here 😀

Try practising with a stopwatch or record yourself speaking so you can go over your responses and add/take away content accordingly.
Thanks! I've been doing that every time I practice but I can't seem to get the timing right without the stopwatch.

Does anyone have any tips on timing when speaking in the interview?
Hey man, I'm currently a Clinical year student at Bond uni itself. I can help you out for the interview if need be, PM me and then I can collate it all to reshare for everyone on the thread. Gl for Fri!
