No graduate.

My rank is 97.5 and he said I should expect a psychometric on Friday afternoon

is this graduate entry? I talked to QTAC today and they said the cutoff is totally dependent on the pool of applicants. 98 is what Bond prefer but the Uni itself doesn't know how many people are applying and the distribution of the scores

Yea basically the same as me but the cutoff has been 96 for the past 3 years or so. He just said as low as 94 were considered but not sure what that means really

congrats!! I'm in a similar boat. Thought my ranking would be higher but found out my Honours isn't counted as it's predominantly research

It appears it just differs depending upon the person you speak to at QTAC. I wasn't sure they'd be able to ascertain what the actual rank was without having assessed all applicants

The guy I talked to was really good, he was able to share a fair bit of information

Hi All,

In my utter stupidity, I failed to also list the September intake as a preference. Do you believe QTAC / Bond would preference those who only listed the May intake over those who have listed September as their second preference?

It would be worth following up with both QTAC and Bond to see if you can change your preference after the psychometric test/interviews to include both intakes. May is great but Sept entry is also great. A med school offer is a med school offer.

Not yet. I’m pretty sure most come out around the afternoon based on what I’ve been told my qtac.

I don't think they sent rejections last year

Not exactly but it is around a GPA of 6

So I just called the admissions team and apparently, the invites have not been sent out yet but will be by 5 pm today. So there's hope
