I’m not surprised re. UAdel Med as 96th was required last year and seems to be the case this year, too. However, 90th was required for UAdel Dent this year, so might be worth a follow up phone call to ensure the application was completed and received correctly? No other applicants with 90th+ have reported missing out and we generally find that, with standalone outliers, an error has been made somewhere (either by the uni, the TAC, or the student).

JPM as a GWS applicant is one we haven’t really sorted yet, but we are speculating about a minimum cut off for each subsection. Again, it’d be worth double checking that the application was received correctly and the GWS status sufficiently demonstrated as the application definitely wouldn’t be competitive for general entry.

Can you please confirm that you have not received interview invites for WSU, UAdel Med, or UAdel Dent? And that you are a GWS applicant (as you indicated in other posts you made)?

Yep I am a GWS applicant, still no interview call, and in regards to Adelaide Dentistry, I called them up and they said that they can't look into it as they simply select the top 300, which means that I should have gotten an interview. I also referred them to this forum, but they rejected it saying silly things such as the scores presented on this forum could be fake

They’re right that scores here could absolutely be fake, but generally I doubt that to be true. You need to get them to confirm the lowest non-rural UCAT. If they’re saying they ‘simply select the top 300’, then they should be able to tell you what the 300th was at. I wouldn’t accept the response you’ve been given to date if you’re keen to take it further.

No, generally there’s no top up interview invite rounds, but that may be different this year with the hugely delayed NSW ATARs. Though I’m not sure what impact (if any) this will have on rural invites, as they tend to be released early regardless.

Have you confirmed that you’re definitely classified as rural according to UNSW’s criteria? It’s slightly different to other unis (I was rural for UTas, WSU, and JMP back when I was applying non-standard, but not rural for UNSW).

As for rural JPM, that’s a puzzle at the moment. If you look at the collated data page, I updated the first post yesterday of you want to have a look at that. If you can figure out the pattern, that would be great

Emailed the admissions team and was informed that there will be more interviews in January.

But yeah, definitely rural for UNSW through standard entry.

And yes JMP is very random at the moment - it hurts my head trying to figure out what's going on there. Guess we'll just have to wait and see

Since you are having this problem with two schools I suggest you check online whether Pearson have amended your UCAT scores (it's known to have happened before).

If it's 92%ile unchanged we'll ask someone with 90-91%ile to give you a screenshot of their UCAT + invite to take up further with Adelaide.

Hi A1 , I have also been having these issues with CSU for dentistry, where someone with a lower score than me received an invite, specifically my scores are 3040 for UCAT and I did not receive an invite. Is it possible if someone could send me a screenshot of their score and invite for CSU as well?

I'm not saying you've made a mistake, it's more likely a mistake on their part, but maybe triple check the email link sent from Adelaide uni with your interview status. Since you applied for both medicine and med there, perhaps you only checked the med interview eligibility which said no and didn't see a separate page for dentistry eligibility? That almost happened to me since they are separate links on the page they send you. With a 92 you absolutely should have received one for dentistry, unless of course pearson revised your score.

Scroll up. As A1 said sometimes they change it. It's rare but it happens.

JMP , UNSW , JCU , Monash , UWA. nearly all of these however are for interstate besides JCU.
