You will need to fill in a change in course form, which you can get from the University Information Centre in the Link.
Just fill that up and hand it in, you'll be all set :-)

As per Voldy. Depending on what the paper is, the info centre may make you go and get a departmental signature (in which case you just go to said department, get a signature, takes like 2 minutes). You can do it next semester up till like the end of the first week, so there's no rush.

Formula I found which works with Kalpha questions is: 3/4 * 13.6 * (z-1)^2

Official rule is by the end of Monday 2nd of July your results should be official. Going by past experience we're looking at Friday 29 June for getting your results.
 
Congrats on surviving semester one! Try not to freak out about results/UMAT prep over the holidays, just chill out, and return to semester two refreshed and ready for HUBS2/BIOC/HEAL (how fun!)
Oh, and I'll be very disappointed if any of you are sober tonight.
