Are Otago offers out today? I thought it was tomorrow (Wednesday 23rd, by 11pm).

Anyhow, all the best to all the Otago applicants

Offers could be out at any time.

I believe that last year they were also told 11pm on the 23rd, but they came 7:00pm-7:30pm on the 22nd.

Look at it this way - the staff of the admissions office get to start their christmas/new years break as soon as offers are sent out. I imagine they are quite keen to get them out before 11pm tomorrow!

I am applying under competitive entry and right now I am doing 2nd year pharmacy. But I dont think I will carry on studying it next year. I really dont know what I am going to do if I dont get in.

Hey guys firstly i want to say congrats for those of you that got in. I got an offer on waiting list so i feel for those who are under the same situation more waiting!!!! alot of my friends say that most waiting listed people get in not sure if this is true or if they are just trying to make me feel better.

Well done! You guys can breathe easy now. vvvvv you'll prob get in; a lot of people will get accepted into dent and med and end up choosing dent - good luck!

Depends where you are on the waiting list. Everyone gets automatically put onto the waiting list for the course they don't get into, so I don't think it's really accurate to say that most people get in on the waiting list.
