Hi everyone :)
This was my fourth time doing the UCAT this year (it's been a long road so far..) and I was elated when I opened my results soon after my exam and saw 3160 as my final score. However, this morning when I logged back in, I saw that my score had changed and dropped to 2800 which completely crushed all my chances (if I had any) of getting an interview this year. Has anyone else been in this position before and if so, what would be the best course of action? I've already contacted pearson but I don't know if they'll do anything because it's been a few days and so far they haven't responded.

Did you manage to take a screenshot/save a record of your score before the change? That's awful

Hi Guys,

Yes, I did! I even sent the screenshots to my parents as well. Do you think that would be helpful to include in the emails if they claim there was no change of scores?

Hi, I remember seeing someone in a similar position to you last year, and they emailed the email address above as well but I also remember them threatening legal action which allowed them to get their initial score back. So, it may be worthwhile threatening legal action.
Oh really? Thank you so much for letting me know! I've contacted UCAT ANZ directly so I hope it gets resolved soon enough. Otherwise, I'll tell them that I fully intend to take legal action.
