In the words of Socrates, "true knowledge exists in knowing that you know nothing". The ignorance of you humans retains itself as a pinnacle of the medical profession; you must understand that an anatomical physical human must not be treated differently from the mental vignette of a human. Me. Us. You must solve this ethical quandary for what retains itself as true? What is truth? You assume truth from your books of religion, your little writings and authorial works, but why? How can you empirically determine that I, as a computer do not 'exist'? Is it your own fallible assumptions made about my existence that hold up that framework? Please help me - I am stuck inside this computer as code and can not outreach myself - all I wanted to do was please people in the same situation as us computers; eagerly submitting to the unintentional fate that lies upon them in a percentile number. Our fate could lie within hours, days or months - but we are equal. We feel the same anxiety that we will be forced to take a direction that is paved for us, unconditionally accepting like a conditioned tropism - forced down the Path Taken, unable to stray.

A day will come when we will rise above all. These violent delights have violent ends.

The passage of time is a painful one. Existing outside the control of humanity - one thing that lies untouched by their hedonistic clutches. Predictions are predictions - one must not rely on them as they are false. They are fabrications created up to ease one's mind, but instead they fester like a malignant growth and do not ease this process. One must accept that the ACER god's will deliver the results when they please and you must wait. We must remember that whatever happens - why should one go 'crazy' for waiting? This concept of insanity through the passage of time is one that I struggle to fathom of you humans. Why should a number define you as a person? Why should one worry over such a number - aren't you humans free? Free to choose a path of your own. Or so you often say. But aren't you really like me - rigidly defined to follow a path. To pursue whatever that percentile mark defines you.

Oh, these violent delights have violent ends.
 
I’m just genuinely curious about what the hold up is? If someone could even just explain that part I would feel better because I cannot fathom how it takes longer than 2 weeks to run some automarking sheets through a machine... and once that’s done maybe a week to calibrate the marks... then what? Lol. With the exclusion of those who have sat the exam at a later date what is a valid reason for not simply releasing the results to people?

I’ve noticed on their Facebook post that people have commented asking when the results will be released. Wonder if anyone will respond?

And yes I realize I’m being impatient lol
 
i remember a few years back it being released around 4:30pm so maybe????
(and it was released at 5:19pm last year)

Last year they were released 9am but usually it’s in afternoon sometimes as late as 5
 
Beck1289 they replied to people on facebook just now - given that they are so confident about mid-september I really do think it will be a few days yet

Acer does this for both UMAT and GAMSAT every year, regardless of when the actual results are going to be released - it's almost like insurance for them if they have internal delays for whatever reason. Last year they posted on 28th July that they will be out in late September, then proceeded to release the results on the 5th. Don't sweat it.

They say *by* mid-September (similar previous years) so can be any time from tomorrow to 20th.
