JMP JMP: Interview Invites General Discussion

Just got mine. I was really worried for a second when I saw the interview would be at UNE, but then I remembered it was on zoom haha.

Does anyone have any prediction on when the rejection emails will be sent out? Just need to know when to take a break from studying for chemistry so I can cry.

I don't think they generally send them, though I understand there has been talk they will this year. IOW, we don't know.

From what i can see theres only been NSW + Rural invites been given out thusfar... might hold off those tears if youre not one of those

they did last year. with the exact cut off as well

I thought somebody emailed for the cutoff last year? I dont recall my friends getting JMP rejects

it seems like most of the reported scores here are high...does that mean they're sending them out in a specific order?

From the YouTube applicant briefing:
"The MSAs have been restructured to one single interview with two interviewers and includes four different components designed to assess your skills. The interview will be approximately 25 minutes in length. Each component ... [has] an allocated time allowance. Interviewers will move you through the interview to ensure that all components are adequately covered and assessed. In some components, the interviewer may need to interrupt you to move on to the next question in order to cover the necessary topics."

The only obvious order so far is rural + NSW. Scores range from 93 (around the expected cut off) to 99.

My allocated JMP time clashes with the JPM (WSU) interview I booked on Wednesday... does anybody know which of the two would be the best to call to rebook? I'm assuming WSU because considering JMP allocates all their interviews there's probably no spare spaces...but on the forum I've heard of mixed communications from both uni's about whether they'd allow rebooking at all.

any suggestions would be appreciated thank you ;)
