Does the years in which you lived rurally matter? I lived in a place that was classified as rural when I lived there, however has since become RA2, down from RA3. Will all schools only accept rurality if still in RA3, or does the fact that I lived there when it was considered RA3 play a part?
EDITED: Meant to be RA2 down to RA1.
