The all-famous, all-knowing (CENSORED) of course! Thanks for the advice about not studying too hard these holidays, I'll keep that in mind. What were ur marks like (CENSORED)? Btw, this is pretty random, but my mum met u once in ASB bank and she said u were a nice, quiet and smart guy So is HP the way to go, or should I be flipping newspaper articles? How much time should I spend studying / preparing for UMAT these holdiays?

I really don't think you need to be studying for your uni courses at all. Just have a rest from work, sleep heaps, you'll need the energy when uni actually starts. For UMAT, I would suggest starting early, but not spending too long on it daily. Just little things like reading the newspaper, or reading books, will build up over time, and you'll be reading uber fast by the time UMAT comes round.

My marks this year were pretty good. I got A+ in all the courses that count for med. At Auckland your marks don't actually matter, only your grades. My UMAT was only 97 percentile, a rather pitiful score, compared to the monster one of Arutha though.
