If you are a GWS candidate, what VR score can be considered satisfiable to get in?
I have no idea I’m sorry. Last years data for interview invites and offers may give you some hints though
Edit: Sorry I meant more that I don’t know specifics - I would imagine that it will depend more on that specific cohort’s scores. So looking at the formula used to to weight it and what scores from last year got invites will help. However the formula isn’t necessarily what they will use this year so it’s all a bit of a mystery with them lol

D was pretty around the same score as my final! My verbal reasoning was much better in the mocks than at the exam centre but I think thats because I started getting stressed out. I did B closer to the start of my prep so it was more around the 2700 range?
How did you calculate your scaled score from the ucat mocks they gave? Please reply as soon as u can

VR: 680
DM: 690
QR: 740
AR: 870
Total: 2980
SJT: 572

I'm non-rural and a high-school leaver. Any offers?

I did study for the UCAT but decided to go a different pathway. Since we already paid for the exam, my parents made me take it anyways. I stopped UCAT practice for three weeks leading up to the exam so my study tips would be worthless. Just posting here to keep any doors open if I reconsider down the line.

So I improved to 3040 from last year's 2890
Do you think UoN is viable?
Verbal Reasoning640
Decision Making690
Quantitative Reasoning880
Abstract Reasoning830
Total Score3040

Is QR easier this year? I have seen a lot of people with bad perceitles overall get 880s.

Not sure, but I definitely did a lot better this year

But in saying that the UK has used the UCAT for more years then ANZ has. And while the UK percentiles do tend to shift, it’s not a consistently increasing shift. So who knows
Yeah in some years it dropped? (eg uk 2018 to 2019 dropped by 10)
idk there seems to be a correlation with higher 9th deciles and covid lockdowns (more time to study ucat+less travel time?) which im not sure if its coincidence

hi everyone who has sat ucat for this year. My daughter is taking it on Wednesday, could you give any tips or strategies to help her in taking the test? Cheers

Has anyone sat the UCAT at the new kent street testing centre? How is it? How are the pcs? Anything I should be aware of? Thank you so much!!

Has anyone sat in Parramatta pearson ? Can someone share the experience including PC in the centre. I am planning to take my ear plug with me. Is there anything I needed to aware. No covid testing needed right? Appreciate your help

My daughter sat UCAT on 05/07/2022 at Kent Street Testing Centre. She improved from 2930 last year to 3280. My daughter did not complain about any inconvenience. I think that everything at Kent Street Test Centre should be Okay. I have no first-hand tips about preparing UCAT.

yh I am sitting in the Pearson centre...

hey wow thats such a good score! if you dont mind, how did you practice?

(Edited by mod)
Thank you! I mostly did timed practice sets of each of the subtests to get used to the time pressure. I didn't really do many mocks. With QR & AR I found it's mostly about knowing what formula you need to use or getting used to spotting patterns. VR & DM were about finding techniques that work.

I sat there. They have ear plugs. Very smooth process, no covid testing or anything needed.
