“What is your number 1 reason that made you choose to study at bond”

- my number one reason is the mix of students - those from high and low SES backgrounds

What is everyone else’s reason? (You have to answer this so I can buy you the degree if you get a umat mark you aren’t happy with)

But I'm trying this thing where I convince myself I did terribly so if I do well I'll be over the moon. Trust me, I'd rather wear myself out by hating myself rn instead of having high hopes then failing miserably because I'll hate myself even more then lol

(Anyway back to vce chemistry)
 
Actually, there is quite a range of different SES backgrounds at Bond. Especially because the cohort is a mix of post-grads who have been working for up to a couple of years and undergrads whose parents are supporting them. (Edit): Some parents who are supporting their children are also not from a wealthy background as many parents are mortgaging assets to be able to afford the degree.

My reason is the FEE-HELP scheme! To be honest the acronym HECS just sounds so gross and who doesn't hate acronyms anyway? Totally unoriginal and totally ambiguous.
Look, for that reason, full fee-paying courses are the only option for me. Having to see the word HECS on any documents under my name would just bring me uncontrollable amounts of stress and shame.
So, I'd really appreciate your empathetic understanding and expect that I will receive notification of your busary within two weeks x

Allo everybody, wishing everyone all the best in their umat results.
Hope we can all get above 95 percentile.
I literally cant sleep and I'm shaking from anxiety and nervousness, hope I did well in this years attempt.

I hope that I do well so my erectile dysfunction might go away.

Tbh I was going good with the wait for results but now I’m beginning to lose some composure.

I’d be lying if I said I haven’t logged into the Acer website a few times a day to see if by some miracle the results are up aaaaaaaaaaa

I know this is super late to discuss questions but random exam qs keep popping into my head these days cos results approaching. Just to keep my sanity about a certain one, anyone remember the one bout the dad and son little ball league where he says “you’ll be the best pitcher in the league” dude you guy say you he was trying to to pressure son to join or speaking his own expectations? I’m probably the only person who still remembers random shit like This lmaooo

Hahaha I remember this one. The speaking his own expectation kind of rings a bell I might’ve chosen that but can’t say anything without knowing the other options.

This was the hardest s2 question in the whole exam in my opinion because the actual text didn’t give away any answers. You had to try and imagine in what sense the people were saying what they said.
