With regards to UNSW, the EAS gives bonus points to ONLY your ATAR. EAS doesnt boost your UCAT score. The number of bonus points you receive depends on the disadvantage you experience. Disadvantaged high school = +3 ATAR, financial disadvantage = +1 ATAR and other disadvantages should be (I’m guessing - 100% sure about the other ones) around a +1 to +3 ATAR bonus each. That’s for your high school results only.Mod Note: Answered for JMP and WSU

-Will EAS/SJT score help my case with getting a UNSW interview?
For university scores, there are very few disadvantages that UNSW considers worth applying bonus points to. Financial disadvantage, for example, is not seen as a disadvantage for tertiary students in UNSW’s opinion so they don’t give bonus points for that. You’ll need a very compelling case to get any bonus points from UNSW for your tertiary education scores.
How to apply for bonus points: submit a SCATS application (google this) and complete it as per the instructions. This is the only application you need to fill out to get bonus points for your high school marks & tertiary marks. You don’t need to do any EAS forms through UAC.
