I don’t think I even bothered with the ‘thank you’ part 
Unfortunately it doesn't look promising.
WAM 75 is likely less than GPA 6.0 so doesn't convert to the Rank 99.5 required.

Depends on a few things. If you're rural/EAS, I believe you're in w/ a good chance of getting an interview.
If you're non-rural, based on 23' interview offers, I think you'd be incredibly lucky to receive an interview. (not outside the realm of possibility, but your scores I think are on the cusp).
Relevant 23' non-rural interview offer scores:

But yes, work really hard on your ATAR and you can reapply next year if you're not successful this year. I personally had a few people miss out on offers in year 12 but then reapplied the year following with a higher UCAT and get into med.

UNSW gave them that estimate? Or is that from other people on here giving him that estimate? If its from UNSW, can I get an estimate by emailing them or something?(Btw 50/50 is ten times better than UNSW giving DrLMG 5% chance, she said thank you UNSW I won't even come to talk to you)

You actually have a very good chance given your scores. I suggest just prepping a bit for interview and it should be a rather smooth ride inRA3, 98.25, 3100 (94%ile, 10 points off 95%
I don't know if they still do, UNSW used to give this chance estimate 5-6 years ago but only to round2/interstate interviewees.
Something like "Now that we know the round1 interview performances we assess that you have xx% chance for a place offer", to help them decide whether it's worth spending hundreds of dollar on flights/accom to come to Sydney to be interviewed.

Does this mean round two & interstate at the same time, or round two or interstate? Would be good to know in advance since financially not very well off, and from rural qld flying to rural NSW for interview, so it's very expensive. If it's based off of interview performances then I'm guessing the former?
In those years UNSW held specifically two interview rounds - one for rural + local NSW/ACT and one for interstate. My saying round2/interstate was meant as round2 = interstate.
Now UNSW holds 3-4 rounds it's hard to know. But as you alluded to, the chance assessment was based off the bunch of interviews they had conducted earlier. If you are among the early interviewees they have nothing to assess off. You can try give them a call explaining the expense situation, see what they say.
If it's the same as previous years UNSW written application is not marked. But it can matter in the sense the interviewers will use it as prompts for discussions about you. If you write something you cannot substantiate in the interview you're destined to fail.

Hi everyone! I live in Sydney and I'm applying for UNSW local entry pathway (without EAS) next year (2025 intake). Do you guys know how many students will be interviewed in my category and what are the expected UCAT + ATAR? Is it true that med school is getting more competitive over the years (within UNSW only)?
I can't answer the first question but medical schools have been becoming increasingly competitive across the board probably since the dawn of time at this point. No point worrying about such things though, apply and give your HSC your best shot.
