No we're not sure. We really have no idea when it actually is going to be. I've heard so much conflicting information, I think I'm just going to give up trying to put a date on it. I would hope it is today though. Maybe tuesday is just when the actual letters are released, but they go up on ndeva today...we can hope...

hey toaster! It's def tuesday! I think the coordinator person is annoyed with me emailing them lol. It was meant to be today, mapas finished earlier than the dates given on auckland uni website, but they were deliberating on general admission. I got an email from angela tsai saying that they are trying to do everything as humanely as possible, and it's not just a matter of combining all the marks, so yeah tuesday afternoon I'm either gonna be over the mood or mildy suicidal lol. Its really going against the trends of the last few years where applicants found out the day after the interviews :S

And the date gets pushed back...again. You must know Angela Tsai pretty well by now, haha. I wonder what they would have to deliberate about. Going through each individual perhaps, reading through our MH03s and interview notes? Or maybe figuring out how to deal with ties, when everything is added up? Any other ideas?

Yaaaaaaaaay Otago will almost definitely get theirs before Auckland, and rightfully so

I just got a text from my mate saying he knows people that got their outcomes for auckland already....

ooh do you think it will come out early or late on tuesday? I'm staying home from work so I can religiously refresh the admission page lol. Can't believe its finally here!!! I wonder if there is any point staying up till midnight, or do they do it manually??? I really don't know what they deliberate about!! Maybe number of places? because sometimes they over enroll...

Otago offers just came out, and I'm at my friends place who just got in. So I'm feeling really bad now, cause he's so happy, and I'm still waiting, anxiously. I hope they come early...preferably before I wake up, otherwise it will probably be the most horrible time ever. I have no idea what they would need to deliberate about, maybe the borderline people? So hopefully not either of us.

hahaha yeah just got bombarded by txts from otago mates, now i'm feeling ever so anxious!!! hope my decision to go through biomed first year was worth it!!! Saying i'm nervous is an understatement! Gonna txt all my mates and tell em to pray to their respective gods (or lack thereof) for me lol.

I'm in the exact same position, Otago friends got in and I'm still waiting T_T...From what i heard last year, AU announced it in the afternoon.

yeah but last year auckland offers came out 2 days after the interview, it was like straight after the committee met. this year it's taken aaages....

Looks like I'll have to keep myself busy until the afternoon...somehow =/

I'm applying under ROMPE, but I have no idea how much the ROMPE cohort differs from the general one so I'm just crossing my fingers for now.

the closer it is to xmas, the better for them. You would get declined people calling up every 2 seconds whinging because no one will be in the office haha
