How are all the OLYers going?

So how did everyone find the 107 review? Insightful, no? (yy)

Lol yea. Im very surprised she pretty much gave us the answer for the SAQ, and strongly hinted at what would be tested in the MCQ.
I find it odd as well, as to why she would do this. Maybe because the usual Muscles section is pretty hard. Looking at the coursebook, last years bunch would have had to do a lot of work for muscles.
Ah well, makes studying for it a lot easier now![]()

Wow really? Well our lecturer last year were quite annoyed when people kept on emailing him about the graphs that are in the course guide and he exploded when a UMAT preparation company run by medstudents at the University of Auckland called Exeter Academy came before his final lecture and started advertising at the end of David Barker's lecture... man he sure told those Exeter representatives good...![]()
)So I was on the overnight bus back to Palmy from Aucks, as you do, and was sitting next to some less-than-articulate looking dude in baggy jeans and he looked half stoned. I got out my phone and started listening to some of teh soundz, he's like what you listening to, I'm like the Prehospital and Retreival Medicine Podcast, to which he is like oh what's that about, I tell him procedural sedation to allow preoxygenation in the dysoxaemic patient prior to either topical anaesthetic of the vocal cords and intubation without induction and paralysis or standardised induction and paralysis. He's like holy crap on a stick bro what do you do, I'm like it's just a hobby he's like dude you should totally be a Doctor, I am a TI.
Yeah so this dude totally convinced me to do OLY1 he's like you seem to like med, I'm like just doing it eh, it's destroyed my life hmm righto *makes mental note of that.
)AND POPHLTH IN TWO DAYS!
I honestly hate how they have to change the exam format THIS YEAR...
