Who is actually planning on bringing some liqour to the camp? Will there be an egg hunt? Can we go on an egg hunt drunk? Will we lose that last little bit of respect we have (hopefully) for our colleagues?

I hopefully am. Not going to drink too much though, it would ruin the occasion!

@Caerus: Remember to join AUSA and get your free orientation pack. There's usually some goodies inside and a diary for that year (which I quite like).

If you have a bit of spare time (and haven't enrolled to vote), you might like to talk to the election guy at Information Commons. He's not liked by very many :(

why on earth would you talk to the creepy man?

Hey, I have just been advised by one of the coordinators for Biomed to buy stationary at the book shop available at the university. I was just wondering is this the best place to buy all these books, or is there any other way that may save me money.

trademe usually has some really good deals. the uni bookshop also sells second hand books (they only buy ones in good condition) but i'm not sure how much cheaper they are. You can also go around the city campus looking for student noticeboards (eg. outside library basemet lecture rooms), at the start of the year you should be able to find some pretty good deals there

Actually, if you are going to buy used from UBS, remember to check everything. One of the textbooks I bought still had some old potato crisps inside them.

Hey:lol:

Looking forward to it, ten days to go!(yy)

On O week will we be forced against our wills to run around and/or swim? Stupid rumour keeps going around...also what's this about getting drunk?

Ah yup, one more question:Do we get a hard copy of the lecture guides for our courses?Or do we have to print them off?

Well that's all for now^_^

srry to but in, but where do we print them off from?

About the lecture guides: you will be given them or you will have to pay for them at the UBS. You'll need to buy them for BIO101 and 107. CHEM110 is free.

And to fellow medders, the fresher's email has come!
