Bond Med 2018 Discussion

Bond said that its just formality leaving it as 'not yet determined' until the 7th but chances are by now that all interview invites are finalised.

Good morning!
Unfortunately exactly where we left it since completing the psychometric test. I’m sure it’ll change soon, our window is dwindling!

Sorry to hear about the ill relative, I hope they get well soon! :)
Thanks for your wish. We need it at the moment to my ailing relative to get better and travel back to Australia.
I am happy to take whatever outcome happens. This assessment does not change an iota in my humble and well-balanced personality with problem-solving and decision-making skills which I will further improve on through medical education and experience to become a good medical practitioner in the future. Sometimes you need to self assess and be motivated...it's not overconfidence by any means !!! Best wishes to you and everyone.

I contacted Bond and they said not all interview offers have been made yet
Hahha...The Roller-Coaster ride begins again with differing information again. I seemed to like this fantasy theory. They should include a question in psychometric on this differing opinion theory. What do you believe? You know, what is funny is when I enquired soon after noting that "Status Not yet Determined", the Bond admissions told me last week that it was a glitch in the system at QTAC that happened overnight and that it will be corrected very soon. I do not know which has the glitch, "system"???

Part of your sentence MAY BE right. I also heard last week (while listening to the glitch stuff) that it would reside in their system until the 7th. Can we believe that? Yes , Partially Y, ?, Partially N, No? Psychometric!!

Indeed,
QTAC has confirmed BOND will be running a reverse admissions scheme this year, whereby lowest ranked applicants are sent offers first, and the highest ranked applicants are not offered a place, this ensures that lower ranked applicants are not discriminated against

hahaahah

Where did you obtain this information from?
Hi CandyCrush, this person youngtornbrick has a great sense of humor and timely sarcasm, best suited for the medical profession. I loved it really and it lifted the pressure of thinking about my relative overseas who is bed bound.

I think the time of the day 2 pm - 5 pm at Bond is very infectious being Friday as well from the recent experience. So, can we expect a reply?

I contacted Bond a few minutes ago, the lady stated that she’s been told to tell candidates that we need to keep checking QTAC/emails up until 7th March. Our window is longer than anticipated, on the bright side at least we now we are on the wait list.

Thanks a lot. Hope the system does not get glitched overnight! Have a good weekend.

Would it be possible that people that are seemingly on the "wait list" are actually NOT on any wait list at all but Bond just does not want to declare "unsatisfactory" or "not offered" or whatever wording they choose to use until 7th March?

From previous postings, a few advised that they have been marked as not offered or something like that. I am led to believe that many would have received an outright reject and some have been kept in the waiting list. This was also told to me by QTAC and Bond soon after I found out "Status not yet determined".
