I got a rejection email with a 3020 UCAT. I have friend who go an invite with a 2930. I had put CSU are 3rd preference and my friend had put as a 4th preference. So I defs dont think its a preference thing. I had them today and they said to email: [email protected]

I think its a good idea to call the uni and tell them about this and also email that way, if it has been a mess up, atleast they know about it if people call and email.

So did you receive the invite today, or has it been in your Spambox all this time haha. If just today did CSU explain why so late?

I wonder if 3300+99.95's 94%ile has also got one vs LJess94's 92%ile invite. If not then maybe CSU has different cutoffs for Y12 vs non-standard.

Haven't received an invitation or a rejection email yet.

Just a theory - could it have to do with some sort of formula where certain sections are weighted more or less and/or SJT also being included somehow?

There has to be other factors at play. I feel like a fraud, it was last preference on my UAC list, and I got 84th percentile in the UCAT. I have just finished my physiotherapy undergraduate with a GPA of at least 6.3 (waiting for final grades) - so perhaps the theory of non-standards being assessed differently is true?

Doubt it right? Its a dentistry interview application .. not like a restaurant booking so it wouldn't be first come first served i hope

As long as you meet the deadline for CSU Dentistry applications on UAC there should be no difference. It is best to enquire with CSU directly about a mistake particularly if there is no difference in state or category of applicants

It is strange that there appears to be no distinguishable criteria separating the invited people to the non-invited people.
