if you're interstate than it might be because it is too low
If interstate (non-rural), invites haven't even been sent out yet!

If you're local I think you should have gotten one - if you're interstate than it might be because it is too low

Do you have any idea when the non-rural interstate interview offers are being released? If interstate (non-rural), invites haven't even been sent out yet!
The Monash website seems to suggest sometime early/mid-January, which is what it's been for previous years.Do you have any idea when the non-rural interstate interview offers are being released?

The usual course of events is sometime during that day the TAC sends you an email saying we've made you an offer, please log in to check. (However sometimes some of us had logged in after midnight or 7am whatever & already seen the offer).Just a quick inquiry, and a little off track, UON JMP offers I believe are made on the 8th Jan....How do we get notified if we are successful? Is it via email (keep refreshing all day) or do we have to log onto UAC? Sorry if question is odd but this is first year I have applied. Many thanks
Thanks for that. im already studying nursing so have no other preferences just Med, btw what is TAC ??The usual course of events is sometime during that day the TAC sends you an email saying we've made you an offer, please log in to check. Then the med school sends you an email saying we've made you an offer, here's the link to accept/enroll. However again sometimes a school jumps the gun and sends this email before the TAC does.
EtA: When receiving the TAC email don't get too excited before viewing it, as it could be for a lower pref non-med![]()
TAC = Tertiary Admission Centre, e.g. QTAC for QLD, UAC for NSW etc. Thanks for that. im already studying nursing so have no other preferences just Med, btw what is TAC ??
Got it thanks..UAC for me.lol.
Would have been an agonizing wait. lol.. Hopefully I get that email, however as I have previously posted I didn't feel interview went well so I know I will be better prepared for next years interviews, so that's a bonus. I will continue with the nursing degree if unsuccessful and if it takes 2 more years of applying to medicine before getting in at least ill be able to work casual in hospital while studying med. That's the plan anyway. hahaI was in your position in that the only courses I’d applied for via UAC were medicine degrees so the email I received slightly after midnight to say I’d received an offer was confirmation enough it was a Med offer. Though, from memory, I couldn’t confirm the offer until UAC ‘opened’ some hours later.
Do they not do phone calls anymore? Or was that never even a thing? For some reason, I just thought they call you for the offer of admission for medicine lolThe usual course of events is sometime during that day the TAC sends you an email saying we've made you an offer, please log in to check. Most MMIs have 3 questions - 5 in 8 mins would be like 90 seconds per question which is pretty tight.Has Monash told us whether there is 5 questions per 8 minute interview/scenario or not. I read in one website about the interview that said as such, but another that didn't mention it.
Would it be strange or reasonably expected for it to be 1 per 8 minutes? Most MMIs have 3 questions - 5 in 8 mins would be like 90 seconds per question which is pretty tight.
