Where else did you apply?

Thanks for the reply!!
Literally anywhere that has Undergrad Med or Guaranteed Entry. These are the ones I'm still hoping to hear from; UNSW, UWS, JMP, Queensland, Griffith, James Cook, Monash, Curtin, Adelaide and Flinders.

I've already received an offer from UTas for next year but I'm hoping for something on the mainland.

Hi everyone,
Just called SATAC and asked about the bonus scheme there and asked if I've actually received any bonuses. So basically after adding 5 aggregate bonus points my 'new' ATAR is 99.95 for both UAdel and Flinders, I also got a UMAT aggregate of 199.
So what are the chances of getting in now? I've already done my interview for UAdel

With 99.95 & 98%ile you are practically assured of a Flinders place.
Adelaide maybe 50-60% chance.

what are the bonus points applicable for medicine in Adelaide?

So are you saying that he needs 99+ umat?

Since Adel's place ratio is 1 in 6 I ask you this scenario: you are in a class of 6 students doing 5 subjects, you co-rank #1 in 2 subjects (ATAR), rank outright #1 in 1 subject (UMAT), and rank near bottom the remaining 2 subjects (Interview). Are you likely to be #1 overall for the place?

I don't think so, meaning even 99.95 & 100%ile don't go into Adel interview round with high chances because an interview below average is enough to drop them out of the top sixth.

Hi, I received a score of 168 (58/63/47) 77th percentile in UMAT and a 99.95 ATAR. I'm interested in the early round UNSW interviews so that I don't need to travel twice to Sydney since the USyd interviews are on the 4th, how should I go about asking whether it's possible for them to put me on the 5th? I'm from interstate. Should I wait for them to release offers on the 23rd Dec? Also what are my chances at a Monash interview? Low?

You must call UNSW Med Admissions quickly (google Mr David Boothey for phone number) before they close off the offers list for the 4-5 Jan round.

Your chances indeed don't look good for Monash if you are interstate.

Does anyone know how many are interviewed compared to how many are offered a spot at monash?
Correct me if I'm wrong but, going with what A1 mentioned as a 1 in 3 place offer to interview offer ratio for Monash in an earlier post, I think there's around 240 place offers for undergrad med (does anyone have an exact number on how many in the cohort have to be rural?) so I assume a bit over 700 interviewees?

is it just vce applicants receiving monash offers or have the drl ones been sent out as well?
got a drl one with a
