Im not sure how thats going to be split between UoN Callaghan and Gosford Hospital this year considering this is a new feature
 
Anyone have any ideas on the structure of the MSA interviews this year? Do you think it's going to be more like a panel style interview or still have the MMI base just shortened to fit the 30 minutes? The invite email didn't really provide much information

I’ve no more information than you do but given it’s still called an MSA I’m guessing it’s mini stations but fewer of them.

BMPs go to the lowest 28.5% of successful candidates for each University that offers them. From memory, we are unsure whether this is determined pre or post UoN/UNE allocation (I'd assume pre as it could potentially be unfair otherwise) for JMP.
 
I'm not sure if this is a silly question but I want to confirm I have interpreted the wording on the website correctly. Applicants are ranked on interview performance ONLY for an offer? (and UCAT in tie break)
This would mean that a 95 atar is on an equal playing field with a 99, with interview performance being the deciding factor? Am I correct here? Asking because my ATAR was not quite what I was expecting but I believe my interview went fairly well.

Yes, correct.
 
That feeling when you open your ATAR and get exactly 94.30. Cutting it pretty fine.

Aside from that does anyone know if offers are confirmed to come out on the 8th Jan? All the JMP website says is offer info released by UAC but I'm not sure if that means the actual offers from JMP come out then or not.

Damn congrats! Offers for JMP do come out on the 8th of Jan through UAC

Hi all, i am applying to jmp next year as a non-standard applicant i'm just wondering
in terms of the rural application if i lived in a rural area for 12 years specifically ra3 but now live in a metropolitan area
am i still eligible for the rural pathway, if so, i saw that they require information on any previous work/employment, would this be a determining factor or is this just to verify if your rural. (tia for any answers).

Yes, you can be eligible for rural pathway based on 5 years consecutive or 10 years cumulative rural residence and don’t need to be residing rurally at the time of your application. You will have to fill out a form at the time of your application that details previous addresses etc.
 
Hi All, for the JMP if you begin at UNE do you stay there for the entire 5 years? Or do they move you half way through the degree to newcastle? Asking for a friend that is receiving very mixed answers, and just wanting to know now so that preferences can be changed before they get locked in. If it wasnt so urgent we would just call the uni. Cheers.
