Hey guys, I received a jmp interview invite a few weeks ago, however in the email it said to contact them to confirm the interview time + date after the 11th of jan, and after my home state offers come out (14th). If I do not contact them at all, will they automatically withdraw my application?

They may contact you to confirm, but it’s also entirely possible they’ll just withdraw your invite. I know this is how UNSW approached interstate invites back when I was applying. The onus was on me to let them know I was still interested, if I didn’t they’d assume I was withdrawing (which is exactly what I did by simply not replying).

Other Information: Pleasantly surprised to get my preferred campus! Especially after hearing the struggles with the JMP. I think my interview score must have carried me

FYI: JMP offers are made 100% on the basis of interview 'score', so anyone with a JMP offer will have done well with the interview component.

Other Information: Accepted the Offer. Apply for UoN, but offer UNE - not sure how this been considered.

Campus allocation is done on the basis of interview performance and preferencing. Higher interview scores are more likely to get their preferred campus, and the rest will be allocated on the basis of wherever places are still available (typically UNE has the 'spare' spaces due to overwhelming first preferencing of UoN).

Heya, has anyone who received a BMP got any follow up information about it yet? In my offer email it stated that I would be sent a seperate email with details regarding BMP, but I’ve since accepted + enrolled and still nothing yet?

For JMP, if we got UNE offer, we only need to accept through UNE right? We don’t need to also accept through Newcastle uni?

Yep. On the UNE confirmation email, you accept through there.

Nah, it's the structure of 1st year. 2nd year is pretty similar but shifted a few days so the start of your week & PBL Open is on Wednesday

Does anyone know how they choose people for the Central Coast Clinical School? I'll be starting there soon but wasn't on the Central Coast priority list so a bit unsure how they decided (not that I'm complaining, will be closer to home for me!)

I think they allocate those who preferenced it, then the priority list, then a random ballot.

No doubt you will but there’s no hurry for this. Interstate applicants haven’t even been interviewed yet, it’s still early days for the Med school.

Got an offer from UoN, in the email it says bonded but on the myhub acceptance portal it shows CSP, I am confused. Is CSP and bonded are the same?
Does anyone know what are the limits/conditions with bonded places? I read I have to work 3 years in 18 year period, is it correct?

Can you please tell me what CSP stands for ?
